Elkjøp needed a tool to spread the omnichannel vision internally and help inspire champions within the company for a modern, customer-centric approach to retailing.

A prototype was created that envisions the future of Elkjøp omnichannel retailing that could be used internally to start discussions. A modern customer journey was built in form of a website, where you followed a customer and its interactions throughout the entire customer journey with supporting images and descriptive text
