A new app that serves as your local art guide, helping you explore and discover the beautiful art scene in your city.
One of the main goals with the app was to open the door into the art world in a playful yet artful way to people who otherwise percieve it as exclusive and inaccessible. The app collects information about exhibitions, art fairs, galleries, museums and art presented in an informative engaging experience.
The apps visual expression is built on a strict and clear framework which highlights the visually rich content. It’s a well balanced system facilitating the content without loosing the Artworks world. An app loaded with artworks and venues doesn’t need a color palette. Instead the art itself sets the palette for the individual shows and venues which creates a flexible and dynamic expression throughout the interface.
I was part of the team creating the app and identity where I mainly worked with the UI and UX design for the app.
