One of the Nordics largest electronics retailer needed a tool to spread the omnichannel vision internally and help inspire champions within the company for a modern, customer-centric approach towards retailing.
Therefore, a prototype was created that envision a possible future of Elkjøp omnichannel retailing that could be used internally to start discussions. A modern customer journey was built in form of a website, where you followed a customer and its interactions throughout the entire customer journey.
My role was to design the actual prototype together with all the visuals presented within that prototype.
